Advent is the time we look forward to the coming of Jesus. Amanda takes us through the story of Zechariah and his wife Elizabeth as they Pray, Prepare and Praise God for the birth of their son, John, and she reminds us of the importance of praising God for all He is doing in our lives at this time.

Geoff Bennett reminds us that God wants to be King of our lives, King of our hearts and that we must turn to Him in faith when tempted, so we pray …. and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

Charles shares more from the Lord’s Prayer and reminds us that you can’t do the one without the other.

Clive brings to us our second talk in our series on the Lord’s prayer. That we need to be praying for God’s kingdom to come and God’s will to be done on earth as in Heaven. He reminds us that we need to focus on the kingdom, we need to live in the kingdom and we need to accept the Kingdom.

Nick talks on Matthew 6.9 “This, then, is how you should pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,” Overcoming the difficulty of prayer, establishing the right basis for prayer – that we pray to our Father God as our Father ONLY through Jesus and focussing on the essence of prayer.
