Sophie speaks from her heart about how we might approach disappointment as Christians. Drawing on 1 Samuel 30:1-6, the Emmaus Road story and her own experience, she walks us through a process for bringing our disappointments to God.

Sophie sets the Hot Cross Bun challenge and reminds us of the Easter Message that God raised Jesus from the dead, that the Christian message is full of hope and joy as we know that love is stronger than hate, that light is stronger than darkness and that life lived in Jesus is stronger than death.
